You would not believe what I got to do!
March is the month of luck and last week I was lucky enough to climb on board and tour the USS Carl Vinson Aircraft Carrier in San Diego California! I have always had respect for our military men and women, but what I experienced last week solidified my admiration for them. This particular carrier supports 2,300 – 4,500 Navy heroes. Each of them has a critical role and each and every one of them have a “position to play”. They must play it well not only for success but literally for life or death survival.
This brought a question to me: Would you work differently in your current position if it meant life or death? Are you playing your position well for those who count on you?
